School Inventory / Asset Check

As you know, all Schools are expected to keep an inventory, or asset register of all items of valuable and portable equipment, including furniture, which must be checked and verified on an annual basis.

At BAX Inventory, we know that for most schools this is a time-consuming task, which is often either incomplete or out of date.

Schools often have large numbers of attractive and portable items of equipment including Desktop Computers , Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Interactive Whiteboards, Digital Cameras – as well as other items such as Musical Equipment, Gym Equipment, D&T Equipment etc. These assets need to be recorded in an inventory.

We can:

  • Undertake and produce an up to date, computerised record of your School Assets / Inventory (out of hours service available)
  • Arrange for items of value to be security marked for ease of identification if lost or stolen.
